About Site
Ever since I began trading full time last year I’ve been trying to find my way as a trader. I’ve read the books, watched the seminars, & can bounce from system to system with the best of them. Then I got serious and started keeping meticulous records. Since that time, things have been getting consistently better, although I have had some hiccups.
After learning the basics, I then started to take the best parts of a number of the systems I was following and began to test, modify, retest, and test some more. It has been a very long process and not always easy or fun. But after my most recent foray into the futures markets and after working with Viper Speed Trader who has taught me how to polish my scalping skills, I am finally at a place in my development where consistent profitability is no longer just a dream. While I am always open to expanding on my arsenal of trading weapons, I finally feel like the ones I have now suit my style and personality.
Be that as it may, the greatest advances in my trading results have come not from the addition of better indicators but with the addition of a new process of trade analysis and critique; Namely in the form of my ScalpRate spreadsheet. Check out my Downloads Page for more information.
So that’s pretty much the pupose of this blog. In it, I will divulge everything that I know and practice. I hope that in making everything public, that this blog will help keep me accountable and make more responsible trades as well as help others who may be struggling with the same demons as I.
I am a great believer in continual education & growth and I hope that you will see that in my writing. As such, I welcome comments, questions, thoughts, concerns & criticims from traders and investors of all backgrounds and experience levels. Anything you can add that you think may help either myself or the trading community at large is greatly appreciated. It is my goal to make this blog a valuable resource for novices and professionals alike. We all have something to give and something to gain from each other, this is a place where we can exchange that something to hopefully our mutual financial benefit. So trade wisely, never stop learning, and let luck take care of itself.
Sincerely,
Jason
